wellness after surviving several life-threatening experiences
throughout his lifetime. His amazing transformations from
excellent health, to near-death, and back to excellent health
are an inspiration to us all. Kirk shares his insight and
techniques on healing to guide all those wishing to resume, or
maintain, a healthy lifestyle in this ever-changing world.
We all have the power to heal ourselves, whether we believe in
God, Krishna, Buddha, Allah, Jehovah, or any all-encompassing
power. The Healing Digest speaks of healing from a neutral
position, and does not subscribe to any particular religion.
